Overview
We design the assets that operations depend on, from a single modification through to new plant: structures, platforms, material handling systems such as conveyors, chutes and bins, and mechanical equipment across asset-intensive industries. Where the asset already exists, we design on its digital twin, with real geometry from the first line and site visits reserved for the measurements that demand precision.
Every design is analysed, using finite element analysis where the structure is complex enough to need it, and designed to be built: sized for the shop, the transport route and the shutdown window. Each deliverable is checked by a second engineer, then signed by a registered engineer, compliant with the Australian or international standards the project calls for.
Our engineers are registered in Queensland (RPEQ), New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and the Australian Capital Territory, and hold Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status in Australia and New Zealand.

- 02ConceptWe develop options and validate them with you, compared on cost, risk and constructability: how the steel gets fabricated, transported, lifted and bolted in.
- 03Analyse and designWe analyse the design, using FEA where the load path warrants it, and carry it through basic and detailed design.
- 04DocumentationWe produce reports, calculations and drawings at the depth your project needs, signed by a registered engineer.
